Bad service

Someone got hold of my credit card details and made a purchase at kalahari for an amount of R925. I received a sms confirmation of the transaction and immediately phone my bank, Nedbank, to cancel the transaction. I also phoned Kalahari to obtain the details of the order, so that I can go to the police station and give the details to a police officer. I was promised by Gareth, from Kalahari, that I will have the information on the 4th of Feb, after numerous phone calls I still haven't received any information from Kalahari. This is shocking to me that this credit card is not taken seriously by Kalahari.
