I want my Refund

I Over paid Syndicated debt collecters an amount of R8971.43, I have submitted all documents required. I was informed by cathrine on Friday that my refund has been processed i should get it during the weekend if not i must call on Monday. On Monday i call and i get hold of the people who deal with refund i explain everything and she puts me onhold, the next thing she tells me that Cathrine says i must wait until Friday. I call Cathrine and she informs me that they are the ones who are supposed to tell me a date not her and she never said that, she puts me onhold then tells me they do refunds on Mondays and Wednesday they will do mines on Monday aswell (i ask myself why was i told it was processed on Friday??), Its Tuesday nothing... i call again and im informed that the money will come to me before Thursday, I need that money because in the 1st place they did not mention i have to get a refund. They just gave me a paid up letter whilst i asked for a statement. I have called the Law firm and the NCA aswell this is my last quest to get my money, Just like i was charged money for calls and print outs they made so will i, This will go far!
