Not refunding after a transaction

Hi

On the 28 November 2013 i received a notification from my bank that a purchase was made at Kalahari to the amount of R3699.

I immediately phoned my bank to cancell my card as this was not done by myself or anyone I know. I then phoned Kalahari to inform them that they must cancel the purchase. I spoke to Vincent and after a massif back and forth for 3 days he finally informed me that I will be refunded in 5-7 working days.

I followed up this yesterday as it is now 10 working days only to find out that they are still "investigating" and want ALL THE DETAILS AGAIN!!!

This is ridicules, the package was cancelled in time and was not delivered. Kalahari saw on their system that the purchase was made by another person and not myself. WHY THE AM I STILL WAITING FOR MY MONEY???
