I bought and paid for 2 items of furniture at Coricraft in early January. The items were delivered towards the end of January while I was at work. One of the items, a dining room table, was assembled by the Coricraft deivery guys and it had a massive crack on the table. They left the table in my house - why I don't know!! When I called the next day they wanted to send an assessor to assess the extent of the damage - really?? Have I not paid for a new table so surely I am entitled to a new table! Only after complaining an arrangement for a replacement was made where the exchange shoud take place tomorrow. Up until today no one has called me to confirm delivery and I really don't think I should spend my entire Saturday at home waiting for Coricraft to deliver for a 2nd time due to incompetence! After calling their call centre and leaving 3 messages for someone to call me back to confirm an ETA for delivery, still no one has called me!! Their call centre is closed so clearly they don't give a about correcting poor service - they just continue providing bad service!
