Old stock and response inadequete

We phoned L'Oreal and gave them the product code which I have purchased from Fochini's they advised that they will come and collect it from me as it seemed that one items was old stock and they will replace that item.

I than had to phone her again to ask when they will be coming to collect these product as a week already had passed. So she said they will come and collect it the following day, however when I put down the phone the courier company was already at my gate and I gave than the box with both items there in.

After he had left I realised that I had included both products and informed her immediately. She said as soon as she receives it she will contact me and arrage to send the one items back again. After that I didn't hear from her for about 2 to 3 weeks. I left several messages for her, but no reply had been received.

When I eventually got hold of them she denied receipt of both. She was very rude and thus they have in effect from me. Even the supervisior was very rude and said its not their problem they only received one items.

I will no longer support L'Oreal and will advise everybody to stay clear as they are very unprofessional and do not come back to you
