Vegetables smell disgusting

My work colleague and I bought a packet of frozen vegetables on Monday, yesterday when we opened them we smelt a terrible smell coming from the packet. Upon closer "inspection" we smelt that they actually smell like rotting meat. I have never smelt vegetables that smell like this. The details are as follows: Natures Garden: Garden Mix. 1 KG BB 4/10/2015 MNF 02/10/2013 A1. D12234. Please will someone contact us with regards to this.
