Kalahari can't deliver or refund

I have on three occasions attempted to get a refund for a 8000 rand phone i purchased off kalahari.
Kalahari have flat out stated there hands are tied and are thus unable to assist and are not sure if they would be able t assist. I''ve got email record stating this. For a company so large they certainly don't deliver on there promises.
Massively incompetent.
