Today I had the worst experience at woolworths cavendish specifically at the woolworths cafe, what a bunch if obnoxious rude staff. Firstly let me remind you that this is supposed to be a flagship store with the perception of catering for middle to upper class consumers, however what I experienced today is the absolute pits. I firstly wanted to order a chicken and ago baguette when I tired doing this they told me they out of stock yet when I went into the food section there happened to be many baguettes available on shelf, I approached a floor supervisor about this who instructed me to take the baguette over to the cafe which I did. Already annoyed at this because I am the paying customer and shouldn't be doing the work of waitrons or shop assistants. When I decided to have a seat at the cafe, the waitrons too had a problem with this and whispered amongst themselves before the hostess approached me to ask me to wait outside, this was the tip of the ice berg for me since I wanted to get something to drink and have my meal there, however I didn't even receive a menu on arrival. Woolworths supposed to be quality yet the service is atrocious, I will never go there again.
