I selected an item of children's clothing at woolworths on sale. The item was priced incorrectly. I waited at the till for 30 minutes. Yes, I patiently waited 30 minutes for them to get a clothing manager to rectify the issue. This was because i was paying at the food till. Manager finally arrived unapologetic to me neither thanking me for my patience. I asked her why it had taken them so so long to fetch her, was she not in the store? She looked at me and basically ignored my comment. She said nothing to me. No apology nothing, fixed the price and left. These days simple curtousy and being polite is all a customer is seeking. I asked another employees what this managers name was and they said she is new at the store and she is known as Nox. Woolworths, this is not the first time I have received bad customer service or unecessary delays in my shopping WITHOUT so much as an "I am sorry for your inconvenience". Train your employees to be curteous, it makes a difference. The difference is that I will not be returning to woolworths in the near future if the store do not care about my business.
