Ordered product on 29/01/2014, order/payment confirmed on same date: Dispatched within 24hrs (1 working day), estimated delivery 31/01/2014.

Nothing received by 04/02/2014. Phoned and was informed that details should have been "8 working days".

Received email at 04:20 05/02/2014 advising "we were under the impression that one of our suppliers had stock available and ready to send to us. Unfortunately that wasn't the case".

How in the world do you commit to a transaction when "under the impression" that a supplier has stock? If I am "under the impression" that my cousin has a jetski to sell, will you pay me for it? Was the "change" in delivery date made as you were aware of the problem all along?

I will not support you again: fool me once, shame on you.

So you are really, really, really sorry? So am I.

As to my refund, when exactly is "as soon as possible"? You do not hold to specific dates, proven by the delivery date conundrum. You took my money, immediately, for a product you do not have, that might have been sent at some unknown time. If you had it. Which you don't. The mind boggles.
