Nike staff thinks its a big joke to get injured

I walked in a nike store a month ago and the floor was wet, there were no signs up to indicate that the floors were wet. I slipped and fell down a flight of stairs and no one came to my aid, I struggled to get up but when I was on my feet I was utterly embarrassed to see that everyone in the store was laughing at me includeing the staff. I was in a lot of pain and have sustained injuries to my lower back. When a person walks into any given store that person has a right be safe. To top it off the headoffice is not fully assisting me to solve the problem or to prevent it from happening again.
