Ignored, No Stock - Admitted Service is Bad!

On Sunday, 02/02/2014, we went to Game (Metlife Mall) King Williams Town to see what cell phones they have available for upgrade. We were ignored completely by the sales lady who was having a conversation with her male friend. When the gentleman eventually left, she did not even attempt to approach us and ask if we needed assistance, even though we were making a point of looking at her hoping that she would offer us assistance. After looking at all the cell phones on the shelf, we approached her and asked about some brands. Half asleep, she said "we do not have any smartphones". I then said to her "do you know the service here", and she responded "Yes, I know it does". Lovely sales people Game has working for them! I will never again expect anything good from your Cell phone department, and will rather take my business elsewhere.
