Requesting to be refunded the payment
I am writing this letter to inform you that I have received less than satisfactory service from your company Escort Limited. Although I have tried to rectify the problem with Eskort Limited but still nothing has been done.
Kindly assist me with this problems (on the 02 February, 2014) I purchased the Eskort hamper at the above Supplier with the amount of R1, 479.55, However the FNB speed point that was used, it had declined the Payment but on my phone it had recorded the payment had gone through including my bank statement. reflect the payment was received by the supplier
The customer service representative assured me that they will reimburse my money within 48hours, since I am unable to sustain my expense as a results my debit order for my had been returned since there's no sufficient fund, as a result it affect my credit records
However 48hours have passed, I contacted Corrie as I have been advised that she is a responsible Individual for accounts, and she confirmed that she had read my email but she have any politeness to respond back or to assure me about the status of my case. Please help I need your help
