Not a care in the world of customer service

I went to the dobsonville Pick n Pay on Saturday noon to buy fish. There were 2 ladies working at the food counter helping 2 gentlemen. After 1 of the gentleman was done, the young pick n pay lady decided to help her friend who works at pick n pay, who only got there after me and some old man. I then asked her why she is not helping she ignored me until another lady who works with cooking decided to come help me. It is disturbing that customer care is not considered at all. They are giving pick n pay a bad reputation.
