50% unwarranted price hike

Like many others I often buy hot food from the take-away counter at Pick 'n Pay. It used to be good value for money until management now decided it was time to apply soaring increases to some prices. Until about a week ago lamb stew was available at under R66 kg, it now costs R99.95 kg

Congratulations to Pick 'n Pay, you have won the coveted award of being the outlet selling the most expensive lamb stew in Stellenbosch; certainly a change way to live the up to the slogan on the Pick 'n Pay home page:
