Pick 'n pay money transfe

I would like to inform all consumers that pick 'n pay money transfer service is partethic, I have been ill treated for the third time now and this time is was horrible, Shoprite and checkers with their long ques are still the best, On Saturday the 23rd of March I went to Pick 'n Pay Centurion for a money transfer service, I waited on the counter for 30min with no one helping me, I went to an office there to ask for assistance and was told to go back to the counter somebody will come and assist me, I waited again for 30min with nobody showing up, later a guy came and ask if I was helped and I said no, she paged a lady by either Lerato or Laurrete to the counter who only showed up after 15min, she came and did the necessary process for withdrawing than left again saying she was fetching the money, to my surprice the lady disappeared for another long time before she came back and gave me the money, I would like to say this to Pick n Pay if you think you are doing us a favour with this service than your are wrong, Shoprite Checkers is doing an excellent job and mind you we are paying for this service, mind you it was a 3rd time I visited this shop and the service is very bad!!!
