On the 3rd of Feb, I bought an Ellies fly-lead cable for my new tv from Pick 'n Pay Kempton square at 30min before they close only to realize later it was not the right cable. So since Festival mall was still open then I ran & got there 15min before they close. Benny was the consultant at customer service, He just said to Me we don't exchange electrical stock bought at other Pick 'n pay! He then took his till cash & just left Me there standing like a foolwithout a solution & he couldn't careless. Since it was urgent i had to walk all the way to Checkers to but the cable. Today this morning i then went back to Pick & pay kempton squire to return the cable but only to receive more bad attitude from the till supervisor called Emily. She yelled at Me for opening the packaging! saying returns customers are problematic & annoying! I have shopped at various grocery retail stores nut i never suffered bad attitude and bad service recently and in the past as Pick 'n pay consultants. They need an urgent customer skills training!
