What a Service SHOCKER!!

SOUND SELECT did not meet my requirement, they sold me a unit that is not working.
Now they refusing my refund of R16200.00 on 2 X Pioneer CDJ's & 1 X Titan Sub-Woofer.

In my entire 18 years of customer service experience, I've never seen such an arrogant act of foolishness demonstrated by the Owner (Erick) at his offices, avoiding to take full responsibility of none deliverance from his side.

One of the CDJ's never worked on the 1st day I received and have alerted them the same day, he says that is not good enough for a refund, What is good enough? Where are business Ethics? Does he have a clue?

The whole set was the requirement by the client which I've lost trust from, and could result in loss of future business.

I've made it clear that I do not want an exchange and left the units at the store.

I made a COSTLY mistake by buying from them.
I must however commend Kunta and Rogerio for an OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE EXCELLENCE!! in trying so hard to find a resolution, they deserve better. Especially Rogerio who went an extra mile.
