Exchange with no hassles

I purchased a digital photo frame as a gift on the 20th July 2013 from the Tygervalley store. I was looking for one with a remote and with 800 x 600 resolution. The store had a digital photo frame in white and black. I purchased the white. The next day it's discovered that there is no remote nor is the resolution 800 x 600. I took the photo frame back to the Zevenwacht store on the 22nd July 2013. The store completely understood the requirement and explain the black units do not have the remote and 800 x 600 resolution. They offered to exchange the unit with one that meet the requirement, but it is only available in white. Well done to the store and Computer Mania for the hassle free exchange of the product. I will definitely purchase products from this place with this good service
