Okaidi sells defective product & then won't refund

Okaidi retails high end kids' clothes, so one would think that they would have a fair exchange/returns/refunds policy - but NO! I purchased 2 pairs of winter stockings for my daughter, only to find out, when she put them on, that BOTH pairs were defective - they both came with a large hole. When I brought this to the attention of the store manager, she took it up with her boss - the end result being that they refused to refund me or exchange the items. Apparently they are quite happy to sell pricey defective products to the public. They also need to train their staff on how to deal with understandably angry clients. Apparently they have never heard the dictum "The client is always right", but continued to argue with me & try to justify their position. The retail environment is likely to be hard in the coming months - and if I were a retailer, I would be trying hard to retain customers. Quite frankly, this business deserves to go out of business with their shocking ethic, bad attitude and horrible customer service!
