I bought couches from bears on the 28 January 2014, I was told the delivery will be made after five days.on Friday 31 January I received a message confirming the deliver due on the 03 February 2014.i went to bears on Saturday 01 February 2014, to cancel the purchase prior delivery reason being my fiancee and i are moving to Johannesburg however we opted for refund instead of a delivery in Johannesburg because we haven't found our own place yet.my fiancee spoke to the manager on Saturday who then promised to contact me on Monday regarding the refund, that never happened.the deliverers went to our flat on Monday to deliver, my fiancee was there, according to her, she had a knock however thought it was at another flat as she didn't expect anyone and while i was at work i received unknown calls and didn't leave any messages, so i was unable to let her know regarding the delivery as i wasn't sure if the calls were from them.after suspecting the knock she then looked through the window and saw a van, by the time she went to open the door the van had already left.i was told the couches were taken back to Johannesburg they can only deliver on Friday.im not satisfied with the service.
