On 21 December 2013 I purchased a tumbledryer (Defy 6k Frontload - 6003694014289) and dishwasher (Defy 12-place - 600369401426). While paying for the appliances I noticed that they were damaged. The salesman promised to order new stock. On 22 January I spoke to a 'manager' who said the salesman should have contacted me to say Game should have placed an order for the goods. This was not done. On 27 January 2014 I inquired and was told that the products were on their way from Polokwane and would be available for collection on 5 February. I had arranged for my appliances to be picked up on Friday. The manager Michael Cowen then told me yesterday (5 February) that there's NO STOCK available anywhere. I even told him I could have it brought up from Johannesburg and he claims NOT ONE GAME IN JOBURG HAS STOCK. He then told me I could take a more expensive product and pay in R950. I am sorry. I am not going to pay EXTRA because of their failure to deliver products which I have already paid for. I either demand a refund ASAP to purchase somewhere else or delivery of my appliances.
