Truworths
I will never shop at Truworths again!!!

I bought a shirt from the D.H. Range at Gateway Truworths in Gateway. After washing it once (according to the instructions) it shrank. I took it to Westwood & was told they would send it back to the supplier & get back to me. Six months later I visited the store to find out what happened. The manageress (Gloria? I think?) was extremely rude & condescending, she insisted that the fabric cannot shrink. I explained to her that I tried the same size & style in the store & that fits fine.By checking my account she could see that I was a valued customer fit over 20 years & would spend thousands of rands at a time. She just didn't care &wouldnt listen.. Even when I told her I will be taking up this matter. Her attitude was disgusting. That is why I will never enter a Truworths store again. Truworths should learn how to behave & treat customers from Woolworths because that is where I shop these days.
