Disgusting service

Hi! At 16:45 on Friday, 31/01/14 I went into clicks gateway to fetch my medication. There wasn't a queue but despite that I waited for 15 minutes. The man before me had 3 pharmacists helping him. Anyway, he eventually left and there I was thinking finally it's my turn! I waited a further couple minutes and no one saw to me, as if I was invisible! By this point I was so angry! A gentleman after me got served because he was known whilst I was still waiting. I left. Saturday I went back and waited in the line for 45 minutes before being served. They were busy but only had 2 assistants there. If they didn't have my script already I wouldn't have wasted my time. I will never shop at clicks pharmacy ever again! Oh, and also, this is not the first time something like this has happened. First time for me, but not for other customers. They need to catch a wake up and stop their disgusting ways! A friend of mine also experienced a similar situation earlier in the week. Hoping this will not happen to anyone else...
