Airtime payments for a sim card I never bought

For the over 5 years I have been paying for two 30 rands airtimes that I never took out.
All I have asked from them is a copy of the contract I signed but two this day I still dont have that.
I might sound like 30 is a small amount but is adds up. Someone please help me settle this matter.
