I bought a car in 2010 and i insured the car with Oakhurst. in December 2010 the car got the same month i bought it and i reported the incident to Oakhurst who refused to settle the debt with the bank. As i was still fighting with Oakhurst i stopped paying the car. the the bill was pilling up and I was listed on credit beuarea for this. I am still paying the car in on my own the car i dont even have.

Oakhurst refuse to settle this bill and says they cant pay as they instalment didnt go through. I have the copy of the contract that they sent me but they refuse to cover the car.

Can you please help me, is this allowed or i am being victimised by this insurance company? Please Peter I am desparate to settle this and I am very frustrated by this please assist.
