Long waiting period and wrong product delivered!

First of all i ordered my product 17 days ago and only got it today. The waiting period (as told on their site) is 7-14 working days. EVENTUALLY i got my product today only to discover that they sent me the wrong color of my product!

I AM NOT PLEASED AT ALL!
NO ONE TOLD ME THAT I WAS GOING TO RECEIVE THE WRONG COLOR!

I went to double check my order and it says i ordered a BLACK protection case and NOT A RED Protection case!
Please resolve this ASAP.
