Pharmacy Understaffed

As a regular customer at your Westville Mall branch I feel that your pharmacy is seriously understaffed. Today I was there and there were only 2 pharmacist / assistance on duty. I waited about 15 minutes to get served.By the time I left the queue was 7 deep. This is not the only time I have had to wait, it is a regular occurrence at this store.

I do not believe that it is the store at fault by not having enough staff, but rather a head office problem by limiting the number of pharmacists and or assistants.

I take my hat of to the staff that are there as they have to cope with the constant pressure the whole day.
