Disgusted!!!

I currently subscribe to Cake Decorating
I emailed De Agostini when I didn't receive the Christmas package that I saw available in the shop. I also have only just received one of my 4 free gifts for subscribing! I received a reply from Pinkie Nkosi, and she told me that the Christmas special was not sent due to stock shortage. This is also the excuse for the lack of free gifts. I explained to her that this is why we subscribe-so that we should get priority of the stock-seeing as we due diligently pay them every month!!! If I had known we would be so neglected I could have bought the Christmas edition from the shops when I saw it. They could have forewarned us but I find the whole situation ridiculous! Don't let people sign up if you can't cope!
I feel they are in breach of contract as they clearly state you get the following gifts free with the numbered deliveries. I have received one free gift so far and my binder is nearly full already! I really want that Christmas edition. I ticked for all extras. They are taking advantage and not looking after their customers.

I would love some feedback.
