Disgusting attitude of the staff. Ring that was purchased as a gift has required repair twice in less than a year from purchase. It takes double the time for the repair to be completed than was originally promised. Ring was sent to the factory and came back and had NOT been repaired. Once the repair had been completed, 2 days later ANOTHER stone has fallen out. Ridiculous customer service. Incredibly dissatisfied.
