OWING CLIENT MONEY!!!

I bought carpets from the mentioned company on Monday 27/01/2014 from Jody at the Cresta Branch. She was very helpful and polite with the sale. I took the carpets home and realised that 2 of the carpets did not work in my home as the colour and style clashed with everything else. I then took the the 2 carpets back on the Tue morning (28/01/2014) Terry was the sales person on duty. He informed me that he could not pay my money back!! Jody was suppose to tell me to take the carpets on AP-PRO. Not a word was mentioned to me when I purchased the carpets on Monday. Terry also then told me that all he can do is to give me credit note to the value of the carpets I returned which I then could use at any other branch. I was very upset and asked why he could not just merely refund me on my credit card to which he responded "the cost of reversing the sale is too high"!!! He then suggested I go their Warehouse branch at Deco Park to see if there was anything else I could find that will work in my home. Deco Park warehouse did not have anything to my liking. I went back to Cresta on 29/01 and Suddenly Terry was able to pass an EFT into my account!! Well I'm still waiting for my money
