I'M VERY UNHAPPY WITH FOSCHINI SPRINGBOK AND VODACOM. I BUGHT A 9320 BLACKBERRY ON MY ACCOUNT AND IT WAS FAULTY WHITIN 7DAYS!! I TOKE IT BACK THE SALES LADYSAID THEY HAVE TO SEND IT IN FOR REPAIRS I DIDN'T WANT TO SEND IT FOR REPAIRS SEEN IT WAS BRAND NEW AND ONLY HAD IT FOR 2DAYS. A FEW DAYS AFTER I DECIDED TO TAKE IT BACK THE SALES LADY SENT IT IN FOR REPAIRS AND ONLY SENT THE PHONE AND BATTERY WITH EVENTHOUGH I TOKE THE HOLE BOX WITH EVERYTHING STILL SEALED INSIDE. IT CAME BACK WORST THAN BEFORE. NOW THEY TELL ME I MUST CONSULT WITH VODACOM AFTER I PHONED SEVERAL TIMES AND DROVE TO THE STORE WHEN I BOUGHT THE PHONE. I CALL THIS POOR DISGUSTING SERVICE. TERMS AND CONDITIONS STATES THAT WITHIN 7DAYS OF SALE IF THERE IS PROBLEMS TO TAKE THE PHONE BACK TO THE STORE YOU PURCHASED IT AT. I AM FURIOUS AND FRUSTRATED
