I asked autozone for white light night breakers, had them fitted by an electrician as it states on the slip parts must be fitted by qualified technicians only to see they were orange tone, so i call the weekend manager and explained i wanted the white light night breakers, he said they are all the same and basically implied im colour blind which upset me and he put down the phone on me, so i rushed to the branch and showed him first hand that the lights were orange tone and not what i asked for . he said he would call me on the monday after speaking to osram, i have previously bought orsram night breakers with a white tone so i knew what i was talking about .he found out osram do infact sell white lights and ordered them for me . i came in and made him fit the lights due to the inconvience . 2 days later it rained and i came to find out my front left headlight had moisture inside this weekend manager did not put the headlight covers caps back on which caused the moisture to get in .i called him he implied i was lying stating he had put them back on and that they must have fallen off which is not true.i take acception to him implying im a to cover his negligence
