Stick headlights together with black Silicone!!

About a month ago I took my car to a place called Mobile Dinamics in Randfontein. The guy suggested I have those white globes put in. After about a week my lights started giving me problems so I took it back to have it checked out. The guy moved the globe around. Not even a full week the lights was out again. I arranged that they have a look. They took of my Bumper, grill and took the entire light unit out to check the globes. They then took black Silicone and foil which they use for the sound, to stick the unit together. "professional's", a week later I saw that the globes are out again and I had no head lights. They then pulled the car on a lift and took off the wheels, grill and entire light unit The guy that looked at the lights said the first guy who worked on the lights, struggled to get the clips back that was supposed to hold the globes together from the start!! So he decided to chuck the clips away and use type to hold everything together. I told them to order the clips. My friend then went back with me the following week, only to find out they tried to me again and didn't order the clips. They tried to fit some clip that was lying around the workshop.
