Always out of electricity to buy

Good Day
I would like to bring the following to someones attention. We live in welgelegen and we have 2 shops that we are allowed to buy electricity units from. We prefer to use the monte vista mini market as they are the closest. On almost 9 out of 10 occasions we have gone there and they say they are offline. We then have to drive to plattekloof and they always have units available. This has made us think that something fishy is going on. How can one place always have units available to buy and another not. Have they not got money to buy units? Please can someone look into this as it is very frustrating to have to drive around.
