Incorrect information

Went tot he branch yesterday and put 2 shirts aside as my mother have forgotten the discount voucher you 2 had posted, we asked if I could collect it and was told its fine, all I need to bring with was a letter.

I make a special trip to the mall, purely to go and collect the shirts and when I get there they refuse to help me as the letter is not good enough, I had to not only bring my mothers card and letter, I apparently had to bring her ID with as well, which firstly makes no logical sense and secondly was not told to us at the time on inquiry.

What logical sense does it make for me to bring a letter, the card and her ID, why the flying frack am I leaving her behind when I need everything short of a DNA sample?

Thanks to your staff members at the mall branch you have no only lost a sale, but have also lost a new client and the account I planned on opening up and all future sales attached to it, but you have also ensure I never purchase at any store in your franchise and my mother will be calling in tomorrow morning to close her account and she too will never be shopping with your company again.

IN future, off clients does not increase sales...
