Spar better fix things Health Inspection needed

We have been going to Queensmead mall Spar for close to 20 years now. There has been no air conditioning since December and therefore their produce is rotting!!! If you buy ANY fruit or vegetables, you have to use it THAT day as it just goes off. Even buying the packaged butternut, lettuce etc is dodgy as when you get homoe to use ito there are already rotten bits inside.
The bread that usually lasts for 3 or days goes off, and has mildew on it.
It is a total waste of money, as groceries are extremely expensve and my garbage bin gets most of it!!!
I am therefore no longer going to "my" Spar, which is about a kilometer from our house and will shotp elsewhere. This is a serious matter, and many of my friends and neighbours in the area feel the same.
