Reversal

Im a client of Capitec Bank, last week Friday there was money debited from my account . i did call the company and they told to go to my bank and do the reversal. I went to the bank guess what they told me that i was suppose to bring a letter of proof that they must return my money into my account i asked them since when do we have to bring letters and there were sms send to all the Capitec clients notifying that the bank its no longer allowed to do reversals without a proof of letter. I didn't receive an sms of reversals notification. What i want is my money to be reversed into my account asap.
