Not helping me after been retrench

Good Day

I wish I never open an account with Mr Price - The faster I can stop my account the beter,
for what do I have insurance on my account if they don't want to help me. All that they
told me sorry you didn't let us know that you have been retrench your application is decline
. And the reason for that is sorry mam you didn't let as know in 120 days that you have
been retrench - If I knew that I would make arrangement but it doesn't even stand on the application
form is this the way they catch their custemors - It is dusgusting!!!
