Retrench but they dont care!!!

I came into difficult time in December where I did contact the people of Mr Price to try to come to some arrangement. I paid what I can because the account is my responsibility. Unfortunately not long after that I got retrench but still whenever I can I made payments on this account. Tried phoning their helpdesk to inform them about my situation but got no assistance from whomever I spoke to. When I ask for an e-mail or a fax number where I can send my retrenchment letter of proof that I was retrench I received no assistance at all. One lady did give me an e-mail address but in the end the e-mail couldn't go through because it is wrong. On Mr Prices website I did lodge a query but nobody up till today tried to even contact me. The only thing I have received from Mr Price is sms'es stating that they are giving me over to debt collectors and that my name will be placed on the credit bureau. Think this is unacceptable seeing from the start I was honest with these people and up till now I have paid what I can when I have any money. I didn't asked to be retrench and it is unacceptable to further enable me by making me un-credit worthy and have debt collectors phoning me day and night
