The staff at the glen is rude and unwilling to help with a approve insurance claim.after having to wait for 15min in a empty store to be assisted by the manger("Thabo") then getting to help I was left waiting for another 20min with no one attended in to me, I had go request for Thabo again to be informed that the is no stock. I had to wait almost an hour to be informed that the is no stock. This is far from acceptable. You really need to improve the customer service in your stores, because the only thing they getting right is chasing away customers..

Edgars are the best at debiting accounts for the premiums but the payouts are clearly a issue.
