Bad Service

Called to enquire about availability of a product, spoke to the store manager and was informed that they do have it in stock, left my details and said i would collect shortly, upon arriving at the store the manager was no where to be found and the staff could not assist either. When she finally did become available after a 20min wait she informed me very arrogantly that she had my order confused and had sold the product to someone else.

The level of service at this store has declined severely over the past 2 years and the staff keeps on changing the whole time, I wonder why?

Bad service!!
