They close early and dont cae to explain

Yesterday they closed at 6:30 pm and closing time is 7pm and when we asked the security said its month end they want to go home as for the manager he looked at me as if am pathetic and went away, and I actually ent to complain about the roster chicken that was off that I bought on Thursday, that manager still needs to be trained on how to manage and deal with customers how can they close 30mn before time and do not care to explain we've been taking bad attitude from the staff of dat store and it ends here today
