My I play that was bought on the 24/12/13 not work

I went to game bloed street I bought I play 60 in 1 portable game station it wasn't working allrite so I wanted to add money and get something more updated for my kids, to my surprise they said it should have been brought back within 14 days and I bought it on the 24/12/2013, they can't help they can only exchange and give the same thing that I don't want anymore.
