Closing Before Time

I went down to tops on friday at 16:52 and it was closed they had a security gaurd at the door who extremely nasty and a manager who never let us in along with a whole lot of other customers who had to stand outside and wait for a manager who told us she could not help us under any circumstances as her store closes at 16:55. needless to say some people were waiting from before me and this is just wrong had I known that tops closed early I would just have went elsewhere. Really innconvient, I really expected more from such a big chain store.
I doubt I would ever use a tops again and to make it worst I cannot believe that attitude of bpoth security gaurd and the manager.
