Rude Staff at Call Centre

I have an account at YDE and pay my instalments every month. At some point last year, my credit limit was increased despite me never approving it, thus my instalments increased. I went into the store and was told they could not help me. Today, I called the call centre number as i keep getting sms's at the end of every month and the amount I'm expected to pay increases each time. The first woman i spoke to was VERY rude and disrespectful, argued me up and down. I asked to speak to a manger and got put through to a man - who was even more rude to me! I have NEVER approved a credit limit increase, this man argued and argued with me - even raised his voice and spoke to me as if I am stupid. This is MY money that I work hard for and you are just increasing my instalments without my knowledge. When I said I will pay all money owed and then close my account, he suddenly changed his tune and wanted to help. It is too late, the damage is DONE. I am so disappointed and will never support a retailer that falls under this group again. Where TWO staff members were rude and argued back. I have no problem paying the money, but only if I authorised it.
