No help what so ever!!! seriously rude!

I have recently tried to make an arrangment with Edgars regarding my instalments that i can no longer afford so much, as i have moved out and my bills have increased, i phoned the call centre where the people i spoke to are extremely unhelpful and down right rude! no help was given! no matter how many times i phone! at least im still paying!
