BAD ATTITUDE TOWARDS CREDIT INCREASE

This afternoon i telephoned truworths headoffice to apply for a credit increase, i got through to a lady called Natasha who was so rude and unhelpful, i have been a customer of Truworths for many years - 6years and i have a limit of R3500 all i wanted to do was ask for a increase, she bluntly told me sorry you need an offer to extend your limit so i said 'offer' what does that mean then she sighed and said WELL YOU NEED AN SMS TO SAY YOU CAN INCREASE ELSE YOU CANT!!! she was so rude and i am totally disgusted with her attitude.
if this is the case i am closing my account as i feel i deserve an increase and how am i suppose to know about this OFFER' when i never get an sms from them.

totally disgusted!!!
