Incredible Connection
Not honoring rain check

I went to incredible connection to purchase a laptop on special. They did not have stock so they issued me a rain check. I contacted weekly since 19-12-2013 and they never had stock. Today (31-01-2014) I call them and they tell me they are not going to honor their rain check. Their excuse is that one digit on my cell number is not legible. Is it so hard to call 10 numbers to get to the right person? They say they sent me email which I did not receive. As far as I'm concerned, incredible offer a rain check they must honor it and not try make up pathetic excuses!!!

The Woodmead branch manager says he will speak with head office and get back to me today but until I get a positive response this report stays!
