Bad Customer Service VERY Bad SERVICE!!!

On the 23rd of January I went to pay an Edgars account at Edgars active in Postmasburg with my Compliments card. When I finally got help the system were slow, the lady swiped my card so the system gave an error (SYSTEM OFFLINE). Then I went to the next cashier, swiped my card so the system said VOID, swiped for the third time an amount of R1600 then it says insufficient fund. According to me my transaction when through on my first attempt but I didn't receive a receipt. So as from the 27th of January I've been struggling to get my money back. The manager, admin manager and the cashiers are all new unable to assist me, the can help with a simple transaction. I've been phoning and going to the store every day, they just busy working on it but I don't get my money back. How can you employ incompetent people even the manager??? The service in this store big time. Edgars HQ banked the monies on the 25th but they cant deducted it from the balance of my account, is this how you guys customers monies??? PLEASE EMPLOY COMPETENT PEOPLE IN EDAGRS ACTIVE POSTMASBURG, CLEARLY THEY DON'T KNOW WHAT'S CUSTOMER SERVICE.
